great many of the Vintage Cocktails we make will be unfamiliar to you and
your guests, so we’ve given each cocktail a Taste Complexity rating.
If you’re new to cocktails, try a 1 or 2. Feeling adventurous? Maybe
a 3 or 4. Feeling wild? Try a 5.
1. Simple: Uncomplicated and undemanding, these are light,
easy-to-drink cocktails. Tasty, refreshing, and eminently likable, these
drinks are a particularly good choice for the inexperienced imbiber.

2. Delicious—but not daunting: Enjoyed by most everyone, (even devout
